Project management

A team of experienced project managers is responsible for organizing, managing and supervising the project, including time and expense frameworks.

We understand that successful implementation relies on ongoing planning and monitoring of each stage. At the beginning of the project, we define the project plan in detail, and then regularly supervise and coordinate it throughout its duration. Finally, we evaluate the project in terms of both quantity and quality upon completion.

Engineering

Decades of practical work provide the know-how for our top-notch engineering.

An experienced and large engineering team manages processes in life science industries.

The spectrum of our engineering services includes the designing of custom solutions for very demanding markets and extreme flexibility and adaptability at all stages:

For over three decades, we have accumulated expertise in conducting testing activities for research and development of market-ready products. With vast knowledge, successful completion of thousands of unique process system projects, and over 100 highly skilled experts, we are well-equipped to conduct research and development in pharmacy, bio-pharmacy, chemistry, and the food industry.

Our services include the development of new production equipment and technologies, as well as the research and training for new processes. We prioritize innovative and forward-thinking solutions while ensuring the utmost safety of intellectual property.

Production and installation

We are able to construct and install intricate process systems, skids, and equipment thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery and exceptional craftsmanship.

Bio Process provides flexibility and adaptability to meet the ever-evolving market requirements and standards. We use state-of-the-art machines and equipment to ensure the highest quality of production, adhering to standards:

ASME chapter 8 for pressure vessel welding,
AD 2000-Merkblat HPO/EN 13445-4/EN ISO 3884-2 for welding of pressure equipment

Our team of highly qualified installers and contracting engineers can professionally assemble process systems and units globally, whether manufactured in Bio Process or produced by other independent manufacturers.

Furthermore, our certified welders are equipped to handle manual, orbital, and robotic welding of all types of stainless steels from the group 8 (8.1 and 8.2) and nickel alloys W34.

Automation

You control the process.

In close cooperation with the customer, our Automation Department provides a complete solution according to the requirements of the process:

design of software and hardware (HDS, SDS),
production of a functional specification (FDS) based on our technological know-how and experience,
programming and configuration,
documentation,
extensive testing of the equipment(FAT),
start-up of the system on-site,
IQ & OQ qualifications (SAT),
system maintenance and change control.

On-site installation

We ensure a flawlessly organized on-site installation as part of our comprehensive solutions, without any delays or errors.

Bio Process offers a range of installation services including the mounting and installation of production, storage, and distribution devices, as well as the integration and connection of individual skids.

These crucial stages of work require meticulous planning, accurate guidance, and coordination with the customer’s or other providers’ work.

Bio Process is an authorized distributor of Chesterton and PSG Group brands.

Chesterton specializes in providing sealing solutions for rotating, stationary, and fluid power equipment, as well as industrial lubricants and protective coatings.

Meanwhile, PSG Group represents top pump manufacturers such as Almatec, Wilden, and Blackmer, which produce air-operated double diaphragm pumps, positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, and compressors for liquid and gas transfer.
