Bio Process has a strong foundation in developing and producing automated cleaning systems for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry, based on many years of experience and adherence to the highest standards.

Bio Process offers GMP-compliant cleaning solutions for various types of equipment. For parts and equipment that cannot be cleaned in place, Bio Process produces cleaning systems for off-line cleaning and drying.

Cleaning systems

We adhere to cGMP, FDA, and GAMP guidelines and recommendations to design and enhance cleaning systems that prioritize high-quality production, efficient consumption of water, detergents, and other energy products.

CIP skids

Bio Process offers automated CIP skids that provide optimal washing time and detergent usage, while also ensuring the best cleaning results. The skids can be combined with sterilization and drying (CIP/SIP/DIP) processes, and are designed to meet the requirements for repeatability and cleaning validation.
